I got mine at an auction for $50. It works perfectly! Silly people at the auction didn't want it so it came home with me! Mine is a 1948 model.
I'm very happy with it. I sewed a NCW wallet with mine, it got dicey on the last thick seams, but did everything else with no issues. Nice addition to the collection!

Don't know about Canadian pricing, but I've bought several Stateside less than $50 each. I just checked eBay and there's one less than $50 and several asking over $100 - so I'd be cautious, make sure you know your seller and can test the machine. They are a great little machine!Leave a comment:
