    Pokemon and Sonic fabrics?

I am in the process of pulling fabrics for kids quilts. I have quite a bit of Pokémon and Sonic fabric and wondering if kids these days are into either of these characters. My kids are in their 20's and out of that stage so just wondering if I use these, are they still popular today?

according to my grandkids, 17 and 10, they aren't "popular" but they knew who they were. The 17 yr old more than the 10 yr old. Might be cute in a going to college quilt with other reminders of their childhood.

Thanks Laura. That is a good idea. In the meantime, I will hold out to see if there are any more replies.

From the amount of Pokémon fabric I see, I'm guessing it's still popular. I know when I needed some last year, it took me forever to get my hands on any. I made my grandboys girlfriend a hobo bag out of some (reversible with Pokémon fabric inside and out) and she carries it all the time. People on the street stop to ask where she got it!

I think if they are making new products like games and toys I would think they were still popular.

I had pokemon fabric left from my kids who are in their late 20's and early 30's now. I made them into quilts for Marilyns group last year as I was told yes they are still popular and new shows out all the time. Some kids prints are timeless.

My 6 year old son and 9 year old nephew are Pokemon mad. I came out to work this morning leaving them having a conversation about the merits of several of the characters. Left my husband with them to listen to their chatter.

My boys love to talk Pokémon with my nephew They play card games video games and movies. My boys are in their 40's LOL I think this is keeping them young. So yes, I'd use that fabric for sure.

I just discovered that Pokemon is still relevant. There is a smartphone app called Pokemon GO. So, it seems to me that your fabric won't be waisted.

It is Anna because I didn't hear about the pokemon go until after of course. I still haven't made the quilts with the pokemon in them yet but they are on my list. I will have to because I have yards and yards of 2 different of those fabrics.
