    One of my first quilts was a "Scrappy" log cabin... I was fast and easy just pulling strips and adding and cutting as I went like Jenny does in this. It only took me a couple of evenings sewing in front of the TV after the family was in bed to finish the top.

      Oh yeah, I can see that too. Greate, tree , no doubt and I love Christmas fabrics all year long....This is a nice pattern and it will be fun....not too stressful...... to work out.

      I'm taking a break from srainious thinking....lol.

        Thanks, appreciate the help. 2 3/4 yards + 3/4th yard for the 2 inner borders.

          Yes, and the two inner borders surrounding the pieced one made up of print jelly roll leftovers were from yardage, cut at 1.5 inches.

                  Thanks, Barb! I believe I purchase the Mojito Jelly Roll for another quilt design. But once I received it, I couldn't remember which one! So, when the Friday tutorial came around...I thought, "Yay, I have a great jelly roll for that!"

                        Modifying the pattern just a bit...it's all pieced! Now to decide on the quilting and binding part(s)!
