Has anyone had a problem with the shipping since last Thursday free ship day?

You mean just 5 days ago?

      Re: Slow Shipping Order

On the free shipping DD it usually takes a little extra time to ship. It also is slower if you buy yardage like I did, I was notified this morning that mine has shipped.

My order is scheduled to arrive today, but it's all precuts so no yardage had to be cut.

I made two separate orders. Two mystery charm packs came yesterday.(not happy they were both
the same), and my bigger order of precuts is scheduled to arrive Friday.

I ordered that day... it's shipped, I may get it tomorrow... but since there was a weekend in there, I'm not worried, nor do I think it is slow.

I ordered two rulers on that day, two minutes before the deal was over, and they came yesterday(Monday). It often takes my orders a bit longer, but this time I was lucky.

I ordered the Kaffe Fassett 10" squares DD, a charm pack, & 2 yds. of fabric on the 22nd. My pkg. came yest. -- only 6 days, which IMO is very reasonable.

                    Re: Slow Shipping Order

One thing to consider when ordering on line. You don't count the day you ordered or the weekend days when figuring how long its taken for your order to ship. This is pretty much with any place you order. Not Amazon as if you have prime that is a whole nother thing! Although even with prime I have orders take 4 days to actually ship.

The day you order does not count as your order has to be reviewed and verified. Billing address matching item in stock all information provided. Then your order is put in for shipping. The warehouse then must pull prep and package your order. In the case of fabric unless its a precut you have to add the cutting time. When I place an order I plan for at least three full business days for my order to ship again not counting the day I have ordered.
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.
