How to use this fabric panel??

I purchased this fabric some time ago and have no idea what could possibly go in the spaces. I'd appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

Its meant to be used just like yardage, its not a panel, its cheater cloth. If you only have say a yard, use it as is as a centre and add multiple borders. It will come alive with the quilting

Oh I thought it was a panel, so glad you cleared that up for me. I do have exact yard and will keep in mind what you said about adding multiple borders. Thanks so much.

If you are wondering about a quilting design, flowers would be pretty in the white areas.

or birds or butterflies. Pictures of family, saying you like, just about anything you can think of.

The right FMQ design will fill in all the white blocks. I, too, expected to see a panel, which this quilt top isn't.

I think I would cut it into squares and do sashing. Quick baby quilt!

You could applique things. Little Sunbonnet Sue's or butterflies. Scottie dogs were popular too and were cut as one piece. Add some borders, too. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/264375440599120770/

I would not cut that up. It's a periwinkle quilt panel/yardage. Like some said, you might add some embroidery to the white areas... or add borders and quilt it. It would make a nice table topper. If you cut it up, you will lose that Periwinkle pattern it has.

It would also work great for signature quilt and quilt the edges of the periwinkle design!

I like the Scottie Dog applique and the butterflies. All the ideas you quilters have sent me will work. I do like this fabric and don't see it that much in the fabric shops.

Make a table cloth out of it.
