I just heard on our local news that the city of Paducah is going to have their flood wall painted like quilts, to commemorate the town's quilt connection. The artist rendition looked pretty neat! Supposed to be completed in the fall of 2017.

That sounds really cool. I hope they are able to get someone like the gentleman who did the ones for Missouri Star as he did an excellent job.
