    Is This True?

I was visiting with a woman in Hancock's recently. She told me that Moda Fabrics and United Notions have a wholesale outlet where they sell roll ends by the yard and pre-cuts that haven't sold well for them. She said that several of her friends go and buy because they have a wholesale tax number. They make items for craft fairs and Country Peddler. She said there is a warehouse in Dallas and somewhere in Arkansas that does this. Anyone know if this is true?

I do believe this to be true...not sure where it is located though. I should check it out for my little shop.

There is a United Notions/Moda in Dallas. They may have a wholesale outlet, but that means you have to have a tax number to shop there. They do not sell to the public. I called them the last time I was out there to see if they had a retail outlet.

I would be happy to for anyone that wants to fly me there and back, and put me up in a 5 star hotel for 3 or 4 days. (the place must be huge)

Their minimum purchase is around $2000 for the first time, then $2000 a year. I think it's still $400 for just a one-off and not be a member.
