    Reproduction prints

This probably got asked before. I want to try some Dresdens and really like them in the older prints. Is there a site that specializes in them so I'm not all over the place? I also like the aqua/red combo.

I know that Keepsake Quilting carries a lot of reproduction prints.

....or just look under 1800's Reproductions!

This isn't a shopping site, but here is the site I use to look at historical quilts:
        The Quilt Index

You can even search the site for very specific quilts. This might help you get a good idea on accurate historical fabric pairings. Here is the search link:

Lori, Darlene Zimmerman is the Queen of reproduction fabrics. Do a search on her lines. What size blades are you going to make. I have a few scraps I can share with you for some variety. Let me know. Barb

              Re: Reproduction prints

Here are a couple shops that I buy my reproductions from:

              www.twiddletails.com
              www.twobeasfabric.com
              www.stitch-n-frame.com

The Two Beas site ships 1/4 yard cuts as fat quarters. I am not crazy about fat quarters but love their fabrics.

I wonder what they would look like in Hawaiian?

I think they would look great - if some of the prints are small enough to show up in a dresden blade? I sure would love to see you try one!

It's going to be hard to find a small Hawaiian print. It's like looking at bad wall paper. Roxy does her fussy cuts which are nice. But yea bad wall paper. lol
