She was great, as usual. It's so nice that she, and quilting, is getting so much media attention.

LOVELY piece! A little short, but lovely all the same.
Lord knows we needed a little cheering up after the news of the day! Grocery bills going up 10%?
      Great...
I really need to get off the exclamation point.
It may give people the idea that I'm bright and cheerful all the time....

Wasn't it great. I saw mine and Jeans pic too. The whole world should be so lucky as to get a chance to meet her. So very glad I have, and will again.

I was making dinner and my husband came in the kitchen and said you need to watch this next report on the news -- I think it's about the quilt place you're always talking about. Sure enough -- there was Jenny! Great story!! Thank you, Jenny and the whole MSQC family!!

I looked for it on the NBC News website, but couldn't find it.... They had a full episode for Sunday, but not for tonight....unless I missed it...which is possible...

It was a great piece but I agree with Sue, definitely not long enough! And, of course, it was wonderful. I need to check the NBC site and see if they have a replay of it there.

I looked up at the clock when it was on NBC and my clock showed 61.

I recorded it on my video camera and am uploading it now to YouTube. That takes a while. But I'll post it when it's finished.

She makes quilts to be loved and used to the last thread. What a great news piece. Thanks for the heads up.

sorry, this is all really sad for those quilters who hand cut and stitch - which is the real art, really hard to get in touch with you jenny, who decided that quilting should take a day and everything should be pre-cut and machine stitched, shame on you all - no art or culture is being passed on. go look at a "real" quilt and be in "awe"
