I went to equilter and typed in "2014 Olympics" and there are 92 results.....including the blue fabric that Cil posted
...and a quilt pattern and kit of sorts using said blue fabric.
That fabric has pics of all the Cities that have hosted the winter olympics......very interesting!

Also fabrics highlighting the different Winter Games......

Did a google search and found tshirts with the print. But expensive. 55.00 for one tshirt. Expensive yardage lol. But for anyone who would like to have a wall hanging or make something like a change purse, waller, etc Might be worth it

I'd be surprised if this was the official fabric of the Olympics. It IS rainbow colored, dontcha know. Personally I love it.

Theres no actual fabric, those flags are comprised of patches that represent certain arts and crafts in the towns in Russia.

And there's controversy surrounding the color choices and Russia's stance on gay rights.

e-quilter has a free pattern for Olympic quilt, but not the colors you were looking for. At the bottom of the page, you can download the pattern for free.
