    HELP!

I have a future machine since Christmas and I just started quilting on it. I am having a hard time getting the tension back evenly on it. it is quite annoying. I have cleaned the bobbin and re thread everything like 3 times now. any suggestions???

    Re: HELP!

Have you called the shop you purchased the machine from ? Or take a look at the information that is provided with your machine. Maybe there's a 1-800 number that could help you.

usually in your manual it will tell you what tension settings are "normal" Sometimes there is a little mark on your tension dial to show you "normal" I think most machines are set around 3 or 4

The tension should be close to the middle on the dial. My default is 4...not your machine but you could try that.
