Ok, found a more post with pics on the original website, but not the pattern:
      One More Quilt... - makelifesweet

Then found the link to Etsy for the pattern: Jelly Roll Quilt Download Pattern by sweetwaterscrapbook on Etsy

      Have fun!

Thank you!!! I know it's a rag quilt, I've never made one though. With all the jelly rolls I have, I kinda fell in love with this one!

Oh my goodness!!!! It looks like each strip is three layers thick! I don't think I have three matching jelly rolls....hard to believe!

your middle strip could be white or even cut from flannel for more warmth.

Usually the middle layer is a flannel. There is a scissor made, just for rag quilt snipping. I bought mine at Joanns with coupon. I think it was a Fiskar, but since I am doing my nightly forum read in the warmth of my bed, I will have to get back to you on that! They did make a difference, and that is a lot of snipping.

I just got a pinking blade for my rotary cutter, so that I can do the five and dime pattern from some yardage. I think that would work for the flannel middle layer, don't you? This one doesn't look as "ragged" as other rag quilts.

Pinked edges don't ravel much...that's why we pink some edges, say of clothing or pillowcases. I usually use a cotton or flannel for backing and flannel for the middle (no pinked edges). When clipped they rag nicely...the jelly roll strips will rag some. Hope this is usefull. (Made the mistake ONCE of using polyester batting..what a mess! Picked up cotton balls for days !)

It's funny you say that. I was selling on ebay and was making a pair of boy's overalls with beach applique stuff all over it (appliqued overalls was popular back then) I needed to hand stitch beachcomber on it. So it was one of my dd's b'days one weekend ( dh get's a free room once or twice a year and we took all the girls) So I took a break from the chaos and went down to the beach and finished it. ahh
