I went last year and loved it. You should go either this year or next. Next year is the last one. Let me say it's the last one for Lancaster on the schedule. Once again the quilts are beautiful and lots of vendors.
I was there in 2009 and well worth the trp. Also worth noting that the Continental Hotel across the street will be full of vendors as well. Go and have a wonderful time.

Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!
I would say yes. They have the show at the Convention Center in downtown Lancaster with 3 floors for the show (including vendors.) They also have a Vintage show of some sort and vendors at the Host (free parking and admission) on Rte. 30. You can also go across the street from the Host to the Continental Inn where there are about 40 more vendors. (My favorite place.)
Plus, if there is time on your agenda, don't forget The Old Country Store and Zooks (across the street from The Old Country Store and to the right). These 2 places are located in Intercourse. About 15 minutes from The Host. Also, there is Sauders, The Hayloft, The Fabric Shack - places we like to hit while we are there. You will have no problem finding fabric at good prices at any of these shops. I would say it's worth the trip.
