Quilt show in Cincinatti Apr 5-12

Woohoo I am going on this trip. I was contacted as there was ONE spot left. I am so excited. This is only my second one but it should be lots of fun. The organizer makes it so fun. We are doing a two-day stop-over in Lancaster, PA first to shop the stores there. Then on to the BIG ONE!!

This will be my birthday gift to me!!

That sounds like fun and even hitting Lancaster. I love those shops. Do you know which ones you will get to yet? You'll have to tell us all about your trip and show some photos.

And you got the last seat - whohoo!

I am not sure which ones. I do know that the organizer will have contacted the stores in advance and gotten some pretty sweet discounts. That is what she did on the one I had taken before. I plan on taking lots of pictures. Most of the quilt shops I saw were in the middle of farm land in Amish country. Beautiful places. I would imagine we will go to Intercourse too.

        I am so excited!!

I went on a bus trip to a quilt show in Lancaster a couple of years ago . I'm still dreaming about it. Had a terrific time & got such bargains! I hope you experience the same.

My husband and I moved from near Philadelphia to Lancaster County in December of 09. I love it out here. I quit my "city job" and work at a plant farm. We were just in Intercourse on Saturday. Make sure to see the quilt museum. It's great and very inspriring.

I live 20 miles south of Lancaster.
