Not sure where to post this but I need help ........ with ordering

For the past 24 hours I've tried to order fabric ...... and when I get to the part where I pay..... I click Pay Pal and it sends me right back to my shopping cart. I've ordered before but this has never happened until this time. Is anyone else having problems?

Mia call the 800 phone # and order from the girls in the shop. That is what I did when I had a problem
ordering on line. You still get your points and all that.

Mia Al did say there have been some problems and he is working on getting a new server online which will hopefully fix the problem. Until then I'm sure the girls would love you to call them in person as Jan has said.

Hi Mia, I have been trying to place an order for days... same thing happens to me, click the payment now button and go nowhere.

Got up super early on Sunday (Saturday your time) to ring but all the phone numbers posted on the site and the one listed via the white pages didn't work either, rang directory assistance and was assured I was dialling the right prefixes etc. Has anyone else had problems contacting MSQC. Oh by the way, I also have emailed several times, and have affixed a word doc copy of my order, the second one being quite a bit larger as I saw another few things I would like. Would love someone to help!!

are you clicking which shipment you want. I have done that before and seems like it goes nowhere and realized i didn't click what shipping i wanted. after I did it went right through

Didn't get as far as that, couldn't progress past the payment click. I tried logging out then back in all to no avail, hence the emails, but still no reply. This was the reason that I decided to phone, actually got up at 5.30am to call, which is a bit of a mission for me - I am not a morning person - but no luck with the phone numbers either (see previous post) .

I have managed to get back in tonight and get rid of an old wish list/order that I had chosen not to progress from ages ago, which I couldn't delete previously and will have another try

I had decided to go all out and buy enough to get the free shipping, can't tell you how ticked off I was after all the effort not to be able to lock in my order took me ages to compile it and I missed out on the daily deal too. Luckily I decided to cut and paste the whole order into a word doc so have a copy. If I have no luck I think I will leave it, maybe its the quilt gods telling me I have enough fabric just now (not that I believe them!!)

I had the same problem, I turned off my popup blocker and it worked .
