    Singer featherweight machine

    I have my moms singer featherweight machine I was going to sell it but by the looks of things it is a great machine for quilting? can anyone tell me why i have yet to use. I am just getting in to quilting so it looks like it will be put ot use thanks

      Don't sell it use it. It's worth it's weight in Gold. Quilters everywhere are looking to buy them. Hugs, Jan L

        The Featherweights are so great because they are light-weight and sew like a dream. Quilters like them because they can be carried back and forth to quilting bees and don't have to be 'lugged' because of their weight.

        Now, if you TRULY want to sell it . . . I buy sewing machines (If they are ones I really want.)
