Triple Play: 3 Ohio Star Quilts with Jenny Doan

    Enjoy !

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

Thank you. Have a great weekend.
Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!

Still watching, but couldn't help but noticed, Jenny's blouse coordinates with her quilt. I love her style.

Thanks for this. I enjoyed it. I'd forget about the new tutorials if if weren't for your posts!
Rainy days are for quilting. Thank goodness I live in a rainforest! 😁

Oh, I love them all. DH's first quilt was 3 versions of Ohio stars -- which homage to his time spent at Case Western.

I always find it amusing when Jenny wears colors that are in the quilts she is doing tutorial. Her top is almost a replica of the border on her quilt. Love the coordination going on.

Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

They all three are wearing their quilt colors, Jenny's is the most obvious since it is the most unusual colors. Misty's has a sweater over her pinkish blouse so it is harder to tell. A fun thing for them to do.

Great quilts! I really liked the fabric Jenny used on hers.
