    Roxanne glue stick

just bought this glue stick. is it safe to quilt through when dry? i tossed out all my other glue sticks since not one said for fabric.
    what was i thinking?

Idk but I would think it is ok. Can you send an email to place you bought it or call Colonial Needle? They sell Roxanne needles and also might carry that glue stick.

I didn't know they made them. The basting glue never gave me any problems. I looked on Amazon for reviews and there is only one seller with expensive shipping. One review said

Used on a quilt project. Worked so well I ordered more.

They make products to use with fabrics, so I would try it.

Roxanne was a hand quilter and was passionate about products that made quilting better. I cannot imagine that this product would be unsafe.

I think I read somewhere that Roxanne was Deidre McElroy's mother. DM is a pretty famous hand quilter her specialty is applique traditional Hawaiian quilts so you probably have heard of her.

I have. That explains why there is a Hawaiian Quilt on the products. 😄
