Recently I purchased as I always do from Joann Fabric my stabilizer by the bolt and I’m so extremely disappointed I don’t know what’s happening but it’s not the same quality and not sticking to the T-shirt’s or the shirts I’m using as it normally does. Does anyone else have any issues recently??
