Continuation of designs from Helen Goddens book Quilt a doodle do

This birdie took aprox. 3 hours last night to go from a blank pieces of fabric to this stage !
Now the fun of choosing designs to quilt starts.

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

I love it! Does her book include directions on what supplies she recommends and the whole process? Or is it just the designs?
