    Any ideas?

I was browsing the new fabric precuts in MSQC Quilt shop the other day and totally fell in love with the Lily &Will range! However as I couldnt make my mind up which colour I wanted and I have about 10 projects on the go at the moment, I decided I probably shouldnt buy any more fabric just yet.
However when I logged on this morning and found the pink charm pack was todays daily deal then it became obvious that I was supposed to buy it lol

Just when I was feeling very pleased with myself for saving my money and getting organised with my unfinished projects MSQC go and tempt me with a deal like that!

So I am now excitedly waiting for the postman to arrive but the problem is I havnt used the charm packs before and I cant decide what to do with it. I love the fabrics so dont really want to cut them too much but I would like something more interesting than just stitching them all together in rows.

Sammy, have you watched most, or all of Jenny's video tutorials? There may be something there you can decide to use your charm pack for. Some of them require other fabrics to go along with your charm pack, but something like a Disappearing 9 patch works well with just the charm pack.

You could always do an orange peal wall hanging with a charm pack and other materials.
There is a pretty one in the book "Remembering Adelia". I'm going to do that next month.

Wow thanks guys, loads of ideas. I think a pinwheel or dissapearing 9 patch would be gorgeous, I cant wait for it to arrive so I can lay it out and see what looks best. Not sure what the orange peal is but im going to look it up now xx

              Re: Any ideas?

              Loved this thread! Great ideas!
I immediately thought of how Jenny showed me in the store to use the charm pack with the Dresden ruler - getting 2 blades/5" square charm. I loved her easy way of doing it and the fabrics all would look so nice in this pattern, with little waste.
I also like the Disappearing 9 patch. Jenny's tutorial is superb on this!
Whatever one you choose - have fun...and let us see what you do with it!
