    Quilting Pop Tarts?

    So...
I called Jenny today and had her hold me a turnover that I need for a tutorial down the road. My husband needed to run to Hamilton on an errand today and I wanted him to stop by the store while he was in town and pick the turnover up for me.

He walked into the store but couldn't remember the name of what he was supposed to pick up. He told Jenny,
"My wife said that you are holding a PopTart or some kind of pastry for her"

You all need to understand...Turnovers are a bit High Class for us Hillbilly Folk. Pop Tarts are about as classy as we get.

I like the idea of asking for some kind of pastry. Who knows what he might have come home with - yummy!

Too Funny! So nice that your husband would do that for you even if he did ask for a psatry in a quilt shop...

My husband told me" don't forget to get the danish," I said" what danish," he said you know, for your quilt, I said Joe, what are you talking about? He said "don't you need danish or donuts or something for your quilt?" I said" you mean a jellyroll?" He said" yeah that's it! I knew it had something to do with pastry."
He is just too funny! Husbands! Can't live with em, pass the beer nuts.

Men! It made me remember when I "dragged" my BF to the MSQC. He could not comprehend the precuts at all but thought the ladies who chatted with him were all so nice as he sat in the back room while I shopped for an hour! Aw...makes me smile now to think about it!
