Border and backing for Mum´s quilt

    Hi

I think this will be great for border and backing for my mothers suprise quilt.

The smalldotted rose fabric is for the backing beacuse the green fabric was not enough left in the store.
The darker rose fabric is intended for a small border then a little larger green border. for the binding i think i use the darker rose fabric. I think this will work. Any suggestion on how to quilt it? I am leaning to trace the star in the middle white stid and maybe do some meandering for the rest.

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.
