    Sandy Approved

I am glad to have my Frolic quilt finally together. I figure I have a day of ironing, trimming threads and probably picking off dog hair before I can put it on the long arm. Now that is all over I wish I had gone with a different border than the one she planned.

Sorry its side ways I have no idea how to fix it

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

I think it looks great but I do agree that the border can be too many hst.
I am doing one and have it all laid out with the sashing and cornerstones sewn on, the rows still need to be put together. I have been thinking of just using a stop border then one of the fabrics in the quilt. I did not go scrappy, I decided to use yardage since I frequently give my scraps away.
BTW, my pictures usually come out sideways, maybe it is an Alabama thing but if you click on the picture twice it will right itself.

This looks great and you sure put it together fast. Lots of little pieces. I like the way the border turned out but you must have got your fill of making flying geese for awhile!
