    Gloating...but I just can't help it

Well, I finished that Double wedding ring and I am so proud. When I folded it , all the scalloped edges line up perfectly and DH looked at the back and said, wow, all the quilting lines up...big compliment from mr. Perfectionist. With all your help and advice, this project is now ready to have the threads clipped.dblwedback.jpgdblwedboth.jpgdblwedfrt.jpg

DH asked me what I'm going to do with this one and I replied, "I'm going to look at it for a while"

                        Gloat Away!

It's fabulous. I love the ruffled binding, the colors, and that embroidery work... what can I say but OMG "STUNNING".

I would have a hard time parting with that one, if you do decide to gift it to someone, I'm sure it will be someone who truly appreciates the skill and time that you put into this quilt.
