    What I've been up to....

This memory quilt was for celebration of a 55-year wedding anniversary. I love to make these!Sandy quilt.jpg
And I swear I went into my sewing room to clean and organize, but instead I finished this!lone star back.jpglone star.jpg
I was not able to completely remove the color bleeds, but it is for my own bed, so I'll have to live with them.

Oh my your work is beautiful! When I go into my sewing room to clean up sometimes it winds up a bigger mess (temporarily) than when I started, but I have never accidentally finished a quilt when planning to clean!!! I think you may need to pay me a visit.

Beautiful work! Ditto, when I go up to clean my sewing room I somehow get distracted and start pulling more stuff out creating a bigger mess!

Both quilts are lovely. I don't see any color bleeding.

For your memory quilt, did you buy inkjet fabric sheets, or did you prepare your own fabric. It looks like they printed nicely with good contrast.
