    Sitting on my frame today...

    Dear girls,
    Happy New Year everyone!
Again I haven't visited this forum for a long long time. It feels I missed so much fun! But I am really working hard - my clients list is growing little by little, and I am so grateful to this blessed country and people for giving me the opportunity to work and grow.
Please let me share the pics of a lovely quilt top which is sitting on my frame today!

I also wanted to invite you to participate in a fun project I am doing for 2017 - 12 Lucky Quilts! You may read about it on my Facebook page (search for Julia Quiltoff Kansas City - it's me - or use a link below)

    Happy New Stitching Year!

Such beautiful quilting! What kind of quilting thread do YOU use? I've been asking around. I e-m'd Amy Johnson to see what she uses. I hear pros & cons about bottom line. Do you use any embroidery threads? Leah Day says she likes Isacord. Karen McTavis uses Glide. I've been using King Tut & Signature cotton. I haven't used any polyester threads yet. I would like your opinion.

                          Thank you!
I love to use Mettler Silk Finish cotton thread, and I also discovered Coats Machine Quilting Mercerized ELS Cotton thread lately that works great.
