Little quilt for latest great grandchild.

I was a little late making a quilt for expected GGchild #6 that was due in June so I used the leftovers from the expected baby's 2 year old brother's quilt. It was supposed to be part of the new baby's Christening gift so I made it as big as I could, a nice size for a baby and later in the car. I could have saved my time and worry getting it done as DGD & her DH took months to name the new baby. Anyway here is a photo of the quilt just before we packed up with the other Christening gifts and mailed them to CA. By the way the new baby's name is Tristian. Tristan's quiltSMALLER.jpg

    It's beautiful May.
Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!

It's great! Poor baby--months to pick out a name, that is crazy. But Tristan is a good one. Congratulations to you and your family!
