I had two ironing boards beneath my sewing table and I have a Janome 8900 QCP that helps a lot. But now I think she needs a spa treatment after all this work....I am not quite sure but I think there are at least three big spools of Aurifil 50 wt thread in this Quilt

Wow that quilt is massive and you said you quilted it on a regular sewing machine?? That is a real tribute to your quilting skills. You should be very proud. She's what I would affectionately call a Sleeping Beauty!!!

What a gorgeous quilt & what a labor of love. I would never have attempted a project that big on my DSM, or even my Baby Lock Tiara. You did a great job!

Me too, I love this fabric it's called signature hearts and it is a wide backing fabric...also from Mary Fons small wonders. I am not able to throw anything away I even kept the salvage edges ;-)
