the queen size one is on the guest bed, made from Moda's Black Tie Affair fabric.

the lap size is the double slice layer cake made with the flannel woolies line and is a gift for my sister for Christmas. She wants a flannel quilt for warm snuggling on the sofa.

I've loved this quilt since it first was posted by Caroline, and at that time, I couldn't find anyone who carried the flannel. I'm trying to buy some again because I just love love love this.

I do have to say, Irene's quilting looks soooo much better than mine, and I like her choice of binding fabric more also.

If her sister loves it half as much as my hubby loves his, she's going to be overjoyed.

Thanks so much for the kind words and encouragement. The queen size went to a local long arm quilter, the flannel one I FMQed a meander. My FMQing has a lot of mistakes but thank goodness washing/shrinkage hides a lot Caroline, I think your quilting (and quilt) looks great.
