Here are the pictures of the dresses I've been working on. I can make two an hour. Just need to put the snaps on and then I will begin on the 12 little jackets.dolldresses.jpg

Re: American Girl doll dresses
This is a $1.99 walmart pattern. They are on a rack in the stores. They say for 18" dolls. I looked in the pattern books and the American girl patterns are $8.99. I was in a different walmart the other day and they had some for >99 cents but I didn't have the patience to look when I finally got around to thinking about making them, so 1.99 seemed reasonable. There were several patterns to choose from.

Re: American Girl doll dresses
April,
Your doll dresses are awesome. You are very talented. Just beautiful.
I have been told by my sister who makes AG style doll clothes for 2 of her GD's, that Hobby Lobby has a .99 pattern sale once a month. So if you are fortunate to be close to a HL, that might be an option. KathyAll quilts cat tested and approved.

Thanks for the info. Next time I go to Walmart I'll take a look. Have to buy a bottle of wine for Thanksgiving for where I'm going to dinner :-)https://forum.missouriquiltco.com/co.../icon_wave.gif
