    Kid's Quilt Log Cabin Improv

This photo is terrible but I lost my camera and a friend took a photo with her phone. I'm a place for everything and an everything in it's place kind of gal so this not the norm and is driving me crazy.

Anyway this quilt will be going to a child. At least you'll hopefully be able to see the colors in the quilt. If you would like to at least see some better photos of some of the individual blocks you can see them here.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I hope this quilt brings lots of smiles to a child.

SallyO'Sews, this is scraps from my stash, some from friends and some other ladies that make quilts for kids. But most of the scraps are from my scraps. I wish I could have gotten a better photo, or at least taken more photos before I put the blocks together.

This quilt will be going to a child living in poverty. Some of the kids who receive these quilts do have a roof over their head, but no electricity, no toys and often only one outfit to wear, and their families have a tough time putting enough food on the table. Things aren't easy for these innocent kids. Some of the children who receive these quilts are homeless.
