    Thank you so much! Did you notice that I have sewn the spines of hazel hedgehog together in the wrong direction? I noticed it while I made the blocks for the other quilt. I decided to keep them....I was to exhausted to throw 8 blocks away, that took me 4 days to finish

        I love this! My table mate at the retreat, Lori Peoples, was making the blocks for this quilt while were at the retreat. She was challenged to keep all the pieces straight, I can understand why you were challenged also! It is quite an ambitious first quilt project! I'll bet your piecing skills have been sharpened up for sure!

              It turned out wonderful!! I think EH's patterns are tedious because of having so many little pieces. Kudos to you!!

                It is simply lovely. I, too, like the limited color scheme. I think these quilts will be treasured forever by your nieces.
