This quilt top has been among my UFOs for probably 4 yrs. at least. I decided to get it quilted last mo. One more item crossed off that UFO list. It measures 45" x 45". I used Jamie Wallen's YT pattern for the basic swirl/scroll FMQ pattern. All these fabrics were from my stash. I had only 2 FQs for the focus fabric. For the binding, I sew SITD on the front side with the walking foot. If one measures evenly with a sewing gauge when folding over the binding, it catches the edge on the back side. I prefer to machine stitch bindings on baby quilts. Each block measures 16". It just needs a label. Re: "Turning Twenty...Again" Baby Quilt Finished
What a sweet baby quilt. I love the TT quilt pattern. Your quilting is wonderful. You did that on the Tiara, right? I am doing pretty well with mine. Have done several quilts now, mostly small and lap size, but each one is a little better than the last. I am going to look Jamie Wallen up on the internet. I think I've seen some of his quilting before, but need to check again. Your design is great! I machine stitch all of my bindings. Too lazy to hand stitch LOL!A day patched with quilting Seldom unravels Sharon
