Earlier this week I finished this set of six placemats for my daughter-in-love. The fabric line is Stonehenge Spring Meadow, which was out a few years ago. There are no curved seams, as each curved strip is appliqued onto the strip to its left (easy peasy). I debated for awhile on the quilting design, as I didn't want to overpower the fabric designs. I settled on soft curved lines using a walking foot. (Thank you, Preeti!) Here are pictures of two of the six placemats and pictures of the two fabrics used for the backing.
