Another Funky Quilt Done....

Here's a picture of a small quilt I just finished. I used the Sashed Half Hexie pattern and the fabric is Bella by Lotta Jansdotter. I'm not thrilled with this quilt but they can't all be home runs and this will be a nice utility quilt for the car/truck.

I love this with the grays! My favorite quilts are nontraditional, so this works for me! Why don't you like it?

I love that you sashed with gray instead of white/off-white or black. I think it looks very nice. Why don't you care for it? (I hope you don't mind me asking that). I have this on my to-do list, also.

I like it. It reminds me of stained glass. I also like the use of gray fabric , it looks good with the other colors.

Okay, I don't care for the fabric line I chose. I think it made the overall effect a little "too much in your face", but I do like the gray sashing. It was fun and simple to make.

Funky is fun and this quilt is lots of fun. I just love the fabric with that pattern. Isn't it funny how everyones tastes run a bit different. I look at very tradition color quilts and tend to think, "eh, not for me".
