    Not your "popless" Prairie Flower

    Earlier I posted about my husband's comments on a Prairie Flower quilt I was making. "Not enough pop". So here is what I finally did to give it some pop. I had already completed all the rows and was darned if I was going to take out the white sashing. So the blue strips are for him. Please note this is a king so it was hard to get it all in the photo close up. He just felt the white was blah. Just his opinion. I like the classic look. The first photo shows the quilt from side to side with the second side border. The strips go horizontal not vertical when on the bed.
