    My first wall hanging

Ok so all the wonderful ladies from my guild are awesome with applique so,of course I said let.me try. Next time I get one of those thoughts I'll have somebody slap me. Well really not so bad and I think it will come out pretty good.

Wow, you really went all out and did something hard! It looks great.

My first applique was a circle Then I moved to the turkey dresden.

Great job! Your work is very neat and all your edges are so smooth. This applique thing is much harder to do than it looks. I can't even applique a little circle without getting a pucker or a pointy edge or two.

The house was the easiest part, LOL, found it online, then modified it a bit. Still need the arms and fan in her hand and the wall details but that's for the weekend.
