I finished my quatrefoil quilt that I'm making for a dear friend. She doesn't know I'm making her a quilt. When she told me her favorite color was purple, I knew the Fresh Lilacs fabric line would be great. It was my first quilt quilted by MSQC and I am very happy with how it turned out. I'm not feeling very original with this one though as it was Jenny's tutorial and same fabric line she used. Oh well, my friend won't know that. The label I printed on fabric and then used gel pens and fabric pens to color it in. I'm particular about my labels as I feel you put so much work into the quilt that it deserves a nice label. That fabric line is just perfect for this pattern. You did it justice! And the label is so cute colored in. Great touch, and you make a good point about the label, because as a gift, people will look at it. Well done! I know your friend will be thrilled.

I definitely would have used this fabric too. It's perfect for the Quatrefoil patten.

Very nice quilt! I love your label! I have to admit my quilts are either not labeled or the label is just a simple machine monogrammed triangle. You inspire me to do better!
