    Rainbows and Retirement

This is what I love. Retiring gave me the opportunity to re-establish that love. My first project was rainbow paths. following viewing the herringbone tutorial by Jenny was the inspiration. HST have taken me a long way. I would to hear from you.

HSTs are the bomb! So easy to make and put together to make a complicated-looking quilt quickly and easily. Love your rainbow quilt - glad you're enjoying your retirement (I'm jealous!) Have fun!

And a very warm welcome - these folks are great!

I love rainbow quilts. I finished one myself this summer. You did a great job blending the colors.

Your quilt is so beautiful. I really like the way you framed everything with the black sashings and then continued on with the quilt. Real pretty. Welcome and enjoy your retirement. Now get away from the computer and go create another beautiful quilt. You have the gift for sure.
