    flannel disappearing nine patch

    this went more smoothly than my kitty quilt.....made from a flannel layer cake.

    i can not stop !

              debinmalaga......i made x's and straight lines.....two layers of flannel, no batting. border is sort of piano key. i love it !

                Flannel quilts are my favorite! They are just so soft and snuggly and my grandkids love them. Love your selection of colors.

                      Your flannel quilt is wonderful! I just used flannel for a backing for the first time and loved the look of the quilting on it. I bet your quilt is so soft and cuddly! Thanks for sharing it!

                        beautiful quilt, question though about the DNP and layer cake, are your corner squares of the nine patch that remain in one piece 10 inches?

                          Pam...beautiful. Tell me the truth...how is flannel to work with??? I heard (from a local quilting shop) that is shrinks a lot. Well, what if one uses small pieces...you can't wash them first.
