Last week folks were discussing an upcoming sale on FQs at Tues. Morning. We have a store in our town, so I stopped by today--only my 2nd time to be in that store. The FQs were in a 5 pc. bundle for $5.99. The fabric was all the same patterns, but different colors. The quality is not as good as at the LQS--it's made in China-- but I bought some anyway. I think it will work for charity quilts. I pressed all the FQs this afternoon & organized it by colors. I especially like the yellow. I've had a hard time finding yellow fabric that I like. Other colors available were red, blue, & blacks/grays, which I passed up. Did anyone else buy? Re: Tuesday Morning Fat Quarter Sale - Did you buy?
Those are cute...a couple weeks ago I bought 4 fat quarter bundles at Tuesday Morning for $7.99 each. I thought they were cute. Pretty good quality. I keep checking back every week."She who dies with the most fabric wins"
Ecclesiastes 9:10 "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom."

I stopped by ours yesterday. They had so much. They had the ones shown in the first post that are color coordinated, along with some that were just polka dots in varying colors (primary colors). These were $5.99. I agree the quality was not up to the LQS. They also had fat quarter bundles that were bagged. It looked like you got 5 fat quarters for $3.99 (I might be off there a bit because I didn't look that good as I didn't see anything that caught my eye.) I did walk out of there thinking that they had so much that I don't know if it will all sell.

The sales clerk at TM said their merchandise varies. They don't always have the same items. The FQs in the bags were 7 pcs. for $3.99. I didn't see anything that sparked my interest. I did like the primary colored bundles so took a chance. I opened every FQ & held it up to the light. Even though I checked carefully, when I pressed the fabric at home, I found 2 FQs with flaws. But then, I sometimes find flaws in fabric I paid $10. or > a yd. I signed up to get their flyer. JCY

Re: Tuesday Morning Fat Quarter Sale - Did you buy?
I loaded up. At first I thought I wouldn't buy them because they combined a few fabrics I liked with many I would never use. Then I realized that for 57 cents apiece I could afford to give the rest away. Even if I only kept two from each bundle, I'd be way ahead - and able to bless my friends with the leftovers as well. So I bought 6 bundles. The material is pretty good quality imho. And I ended up with about 3/4 good and 1/4 I won't use. Thanks everyone for the heads up!
