Awesome. I am making some half square triangles for a table runner, and then a few other projects to do. But, when I am done with those I am doing one of the disappearing pinwheel quilts. They a beautiful!

    Love the colors you chose!

I like it, pretty colors. I finished making the blocks 3 days ago now I have the nasty task of squaring them off, which I'm not good at.

Disappearing Pinwheel #2 - Churn Dash - Quilt Top Completed

Today I finished the DPW #2 baby quilt top. I started with 12.5" squares, rather than 10" layer cakes. I had problems with the fabric shifting during the sewing so not all 4 sections of the PW were equal & accurate. So...I switched to making the HSTs the reg. way & was pleased with the accuracy. Each HST measured 8.5". I proceeded per Jenny's tut. to complete the block. My 9 individual sections were 5.5". I wanted my quilt rectangular, so I added borders to the top & bottom. I pieced each section & sewed it to each block before ever sewing together any of the blocks. Much easier that way. It is actually 1/3 of a Churn Dash block. It completes the light squares to give it a more finished look. I plan to piece strips from the dark fabrics for the binding. There are more pics in my album.
