I made a bubble quilt for a friend's niece earlier this year and it was a LOT of work (but fun!) and I really felt I could improve my process in several ways. So when another friend asked me to make one for her daughter I set to it! We picked out the farbrics from my stash and it turned out quite Easter-y lol. The first fabric she picked was the white one with flowers, so we tried picking others that would go with that. I gave her the quilt today (she is paying for materials) and she liked it!

The back was nice and flat until I stuffed the bubbles! They aren't really dense at all but of course they still "shrink" a bit. It's no big deal since it still lies flat but I'm thinking there might be a better way to do this. Filling first and putting the back on after is NOT an option though, I tried it (a few different ways) with the last quilt!

My daughter Alice REALLY wanted to be in one of the pics too.
