Scrapy Quilt I Made for My Mom

I just finished this quilt yesterday. It's a gift for my elderly mother who just moved into a retirement community. I wanted to make her something homey to help her feel more comfortable in her new surroundings.
This is my first real attempt at free motion machine quilting. It's not perfect but I'm real happy with how it turned out.

Beautiful, I love the colors. The background, is that bleached/unbleached muslin - or what?

What pattern is that? I can see the squares, but would love the pattern for the sizes.

Love it! Your quilting looks great too! Did you stipple the 16 patches or do a specific design? The vines look so pretty.

The quilt is great. You did a wonderful job on the FMQ! Do you have a long arm or just your normal sewing machine? I really struggle with FMQ on my normal machine.

Beverly, the background fabric is a pretty neutral Thimbleberries fabric.

The pattern came from a book called "Charmed, I'm Sure" by Lesley Chaisson. She calls the pattern Chocolate Dip.
