My Sunshine Log Cabin Table Runner

Well there was only a handful of left over 3 inch strips of the My Sunshine bundle. I used a log cabin pattern and pieces together the border and backing.

I had to take the pictures in segments...I quilted the border and each strip of the log cabin except the very inside square.

So bright and pretty - would make a lovely centerpiece for a child's birthday party I think! (or for any other festive occasion )

I am developing a fondness of stripes so I really like that you've incorporated them in these blocks! Lovely.

Sandy I was using the bundle. I didn't want to waste a single bit of it. So I used everything. Only have a handful of 3 inch pieces that went into the scrap bag to send to grandma. Her quilting group makes thing to donate to people in the Appalachia's
