Teals, Greens and Blues - Coin Quilt (my way) (photo heavy)

A while back I posted a thread asking for assistance with picking a Pop color for some pretty teals, greens and blue fabrics. I have finished the top of my Coin Quilt with those fabrics and thought I would post how it turned out. Thank You all for your kind assistance. I love how it turned out.

This last photo shows the cotton thread I plan to use to quilt it with, using the Big Stitch method.

    Thanks for looking.

o.k. you have made a quilt in my favorite colors. I LOVE IT. i am going to switch to big stitch quilting, and save the small stitch for other things.

Wow - those colors are beautiful! Love the coin pattern. It is on my long list of patterns to try. LOL. I have never heard of the Big Stitch method - but I'm guessing you use big thread and big stitches? Anyway - would love to see it again when you're done!

Love the colors! Love the pattern! Can't wait to see it after it's quilted. I really want to start doing some hand quilting and I think Big Stitch is going to be my first try. In fact I think that today, I'm going to make some small quilt sandwiches and give it a try. Thanks for the inspiration.

What kind of thread is that? I couldn't read the label (lost my glasses.). I have been using Perle cotton #8 and am always open to trying new things. Looking forward to seeing this finished; just love the colors!

Never mind; I just enlarged it so I could read the label.
