My first landscape and my 2nd finish at kilt kamp

Even though I went to bed at a decent hour, I just couldn't go to sleep. So, at about 40 AM, knowing I was going to have to nap during the day, I decided I better get some sewing done. I made this journal cover and it's my first landscape quilt. A lot of room for improvement but for a first try, I'm pretty proud of it. Now 6:30 and I'm still the only one up. Think I'll go to bed after breakfast.

Very nice! I can't imagine doing landscape quilting; I'm still trying to just get my strips cut straight

I don't blame you, Nancy, I work much better by myself, too. I vote for more late night-early morning landscapes.
