Scarves and a half finished table runner

I got the day to myself yesterday. I made my sister two Minky scarves. This shows just how much I love her because I detest making these things. Minky is not a fabric I work well with.

I've stared my table topper. The one I couldn't remember what the layer cake was for . I still need to add two borders, the fabric for which I need to buy. My seams are a little off but I'm ok with it. And it needs to be squared up too.

It's only going on my table anyway.

The table topper is beautiful. It looks like stained glass. I love all the colors - which layer cake was it?

Venetian layer cake. I was going to buy yardage for the borders but MSQC doesn't sell it that way, Not sure anyone does so I'm going to find something different. Maybe something in batiks.
