These little guys were embroidered 12 years ago. I added some hand quilting, and voila! Introducing "Let It Snow."

Re: My First UFO Finish of 2014
I made the blocks during a visit to Florida to visit my sister in 2002. I pieced the blocks and embroidered the border vine 1 1/2 years ago. Last year I put it all together and basted it. I finally got it all quilted just this month, my first time hand quilting in over a decade. I enjoyed it very much and yes, I am so happy to cross this cute little quilt off my list!
I'm almost done the second UFO finish of the year. I'll post when that one's done. The UFO group is really motivating me!Cyndi

Awesome job! You are motivating me to get my UFO's under control this year! I loved your post of all of them on your sofa! I counted mine and there were nearly 30- with one 20 yrs old and another 32 yrs old. I am almost done with UFO # 4 so far... Just needs a binding now!Happy Quilting!

I love, love, love your snowmen. Snowmen are my favorite. Makes me wanna start embroidering again. I haven't for years, but your little snowmen would work up in no time. Would give me something to do when I don't feel well enough to sit at the machine. So many ideas, so little time.Blankets wrap you in warmth, quilts wrap you in love
